Experience how our daily practice can change your life for the better.

How Would Your Life Be Different If You Were Able To Connect To Your Higher Self With Ease, Every Day?

We are meant to connect to this higher self, a personal expression of this infinite universe within ourselves. However, in our busy, sometimes stressful daily lives, it can be difficult to find this connection.

When we fall into a state of confusion, triggers, anxiety, sadness, guilt, shame, anger, we get caught up in the moment, say or do things we don’t mean. When we make mistakes, we don’t handle things well and have trouble creating good habits.

We are here to make mistakes, learn, grow, and experience all of life. As I like to say, the good, the bad, the bliss, and the glory–we are all meant to experience them all.

The human experience becomes more joyful as you deepen your connection to your higher self.

There is a world of secrets inside of yo;, a place where you keep all the wisdom you could need to live the happiest, most fulfilling life you’ve ever imagined, but it is cut off from you.

Our higher selves are always guiding us through life’s trials and tribulations, even when we are not able to discern them. Your higher self will always guide you forward, even when you are not able to hear it.

Today, I’d like to share a few ways for connecting with your higher self. But before we begin, realize that this is a daily, ongoing process.

As you connect more frequently, you will become more connected as well. Another thing you should know is that your higher self is always with you, no matter how disconnected you may feel at the moment.

You can never cut off your connection to your soul, as it lies at the core of your life. Although it may feel distant from you, use the tips I’ve shared with you today to find your way back.

Work With Your Intentions To Tap Into The Power Of Your Higher Self

Your intention determines your focus, and therefore determines your results.

So how can you use the power of intentions?

You can consider visualization and use the power of mental images to transform what you want in life… Or you can write a personal mission statement. It can help you find clarity in what you want from life.

You can also use journaling to sort through your past, solve your problems, identify your dreams, and achieve your goals.

Our higher self is our connection to Spirit and can provide a moment of inspiration, fuel our creativity, and help us experience that feeling of oneness with the universe. When we work to balance the conscious mind, unconscious mind, and the higher mind, we can achieve miracles.

Most mindfulness journals include exercises and prompts that provide you with the opportunity to experience all these wonderful benefits. However, it is important to first establish your intention to connect to your higher self and receive its valuable contributions first.

In the days before I realized that journaling could be used to solve my problems, I mainly ranted on paper. While releasing emotional energy helped, it was not as effective as invoking my higher self and asking the questions I know to ask now.

The time-tested questions and techniques the journals contain are designed to help you process your past and create new results rapidly.

Most people do not know what to write in journals in the first place, let alone what questions to ask themselves to heal their pain and solve their problems.

By consciously asking for help from your higher self, you can shift yourself right now in areas where you feel stuck.

Simply ask your higher self, “What do I need to know about this?” You do not even need to write it down. Think to yourself, “Higher self, help me.”

Once you have set your intention, begin writing. Your higher self is always there to guide you, but we have free will, so we must ask. We can ask by setting an intention.

Don’t Wait Another Day To Meditate.

Join the thousands of people who are experiencing the benefits of meditation.

Start living a less reactive, more loving life today with meditation.

When you meditate, you can connect with your higher self because all the other voices are muffled and so it can be heard.

When you meditate, you connect to the stillness within. From there, you can hear messages from your heart and soul. You can release pent-up, repressed emotions that weigh you down and cause conflict in your life.

You will find that your higher self becomes your constant partner as you practice regularly. It isn’t something you have to seek out, but a powerful guide always ready to support when needed.

By connecting with my higher self through meditation, I became aware that the voices in my head that led me into destructive and self-defeating behaviors or that told me that certain things weren’t mine were not the genuine ones.

Practicing meditation taught me how to heal the pain that created those self-defeating voices, and then it helped me to connect deeper to discover what makes me happy.

The techniques for healing shared in the mindfulness journals will help you find peace with who you are, creating space to connect with your higher self.

These healing techniques will change your life because unhealed traumas keep us stuck in the past. There’s a lot that goes into it, but when you release the repressed emotion, you free yourself from the past while giving yourself the opportunity to create new patterns, opening yourself up to new potentials.

Despite their wonderful benefits, guided meditations should not be relied on solely for relaxation. I listen to them before falling asleep. However, they have certain limitations.

When you rely on guided meditations to connect with yourself, you miss a deep connection. You miss your true self. Many people are afraid of facing themselves or resisting stillness, but that’s exactly why it’s so important.

Author Steven Pressfield has said, “The more important a call or action is to our soul’s evolution, the more resistance we will feel toward pursuing it.”

Even to this day, I resist meditation, but eventually, if I breathe deeply and keep breathing until everything quiets down, I find myself in this quiet, authentic place, inside the deepest part of my being. I always sigh in relief. “There it is.”

What If You Could Hear Your Higher Self?

Journaling can help you get in touch with your intuition, discover insights about yourself, and reflect on your life. Keep a journal to connect to the voice of your higher self, receive guidance on how to solve problems, understand frustrating patterns, or shift your mindset to better navigate through tough times.

In my early teens, I felt abandoned, lonely, and sad. Numerous therapists failed to help me make sense of my pain. The only thing that helped was journaling. I have used my journal to understand myself, why I feel the way I do, and how to make it better.

Because of journaling, I’ve learned to identify my deepest desires and life purpose. I’ve also been able to discover how to achieve my goals based on the true desires of my soul and not what other people think I should be doing.

Journaling can feel like a solitary practice, but it has the power to connect you to your higher self. It’s an opportunity for you to listen, receive guidance, and answer your own questions. With the right journal, you’ll understand where your current patterns come from and how to break them. Keep track of what matters most and celebrate your successes with mantras.

Are You Ready To Let Your Higher Self Lead The Way?

People often find it difficult to face their true selves because they are conditioned to repress their true emotions, which is because they have been conditioned to repress their true feelings. Journaling can help them understand themselves through inner work.

You can use mindfulness journals to gently, completely, and honestly create a lasting change in your life. Journaling and meditation are two of the most powerful tools for life-long growth and development.

The mindfulness & meditation guided journals are perfect if you’re disconnecting from yourself, not sure who you are or what you want, or just want to create a stronger connection with your higher self.
